DARBY WHOLESALE POLICIES

To become a reseller of Darby products you must read and agree to the Darby Wholesale Policies below.

We look forward to working with you and try to avoid as many bumps in the road as we can so we can make this process easier for both of our business’, creating a win-win with our quality products and a great experience.

Darby Designs, LLC. will reclaim any damaged products for a full refund or replacement, only if the damaged products returned have remained unused and in their original packaging. Products returned for other reasons will be reviewed before accepting and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Darby Designs, LCC. does not allow for any of its products to be relabeled, repackaged, or rebranded then resold under another name. We reserve the right to discontinue doing business with any reseller who does not follow this policy.

Resellers of Darby products must follow and not sell below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by Darby Designs across any and all Darby products. Darby Designs, LCC. reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any reseller who does not follow this policy.

Darby Designs, LLC. does not allow big commercial online selling of any kind that include Darby products from our authorized resellers without our permission. Including but not limited to: Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Etsy.
